Journalspace.com has lost everything and can’t recover. They post on their site how their entire database was overwritten through either some bug, or more likely a malicious act of some type. How they lost the data isn’t important, what is important to know is that they thought RAID was backup and now know that it clearly isn’t.

Shop for a good online backup service and do it now. Locate the providers that have (at a minimum) these features and get your backup done now. Do it now, do it right. don’t be like those that can’t recover because their provider lost their data.
