There are many ways for passive income. One way is with rental property, I have done very well leasing commercial property. Another way is through investments in stocks that pay good dividends and growth (could be some risk), I also do this. Another way is duplicate your efforts through starting your own business, which I have been doing for the past 20 yrs.
