There is a company called OURGV which helps non-profits raise money, that pays residual passive income.
It seems very legitimate and relatively easy to get started.

Yes, but you have to work hard to attain that passive income. There are no programs that will make you rich overnight, but there are programs that can make you a lot of money fast if you put the effort required into them.
Affiliate sales is what I do to make a passive income. I still make sales from websites I started years ago.

You know the answer to this question, despite what many scam-type ads would want you to believe.
There is no effective way of making income, by doing nothing, without having to leave your home, or sell a product or offer a service.
Short of inheritance and winning the lottery (which has a chance so little it may as well be zero), in order to earn (key word), income, you will have to put forth some effort.
Usually the higher the effort, the higher the reward.
