you can always find another company to sponsor your 2nd H1b (PART-TIME) as long as it doesn’t violate the policy of your current sponsored company and your primary H1b status. H1b holders have 2 H1b visas.
OR
you can look for higher paid job with another employer to sponsor your H1b visa.
i haven’t heard of any “economic hardship employment authorization” or similar type of flexible work authorization that allow h1b holders to get additional income without violate their status.
