You really might want to think about how you present this idea. As for how you explained it in this question, it kinda sounds like a scam.
Why should we trust you?
Why should we pick this one – instead of one of the MANY others?
When you say “capital investment”, that scares me! How much money is needed?!
You really need to have a website that explains this and be humble.

so, wouldn’t you be looking for rental property then? you’d have cash flow while the property appreciates. Maybe you could get partners together to form a LLC and buy rental properties, both residential and commercial.

You need to define first what it is you want from your passive income–how much return you expect compared to how much risk you are willing to take on.
After that, look for professional fund management.Google “fund manager”, then go from there.

Programme Tips:
Whatever programme / site you decide to join- if it’s an affiliate and or MLM based, always consider the following before joining:
a) The product / service offered.
b) How much you’re earning. “No investment” – watch that closely. Just because you dont pay it doesnt mean you’ll earn alot!Every Biz has a risk!
c) cookie duration (long periods allow you to earn better because if the cookie period is only 28, 30-90 days then it’s not worth it especially if the commission is very low anyway. It’s the companies’ way of saying your not going to get loads of people buying within that time frame = you’re not earning much.
d) If a site has ‘millions’ and is popular already what hope have you getting NEW people to join and earn too!
