Creating Wealth With Perpetual Cash Leverage: The Secret of the Rich
At some point in our adult life, we stop to think what we have achieved and where we are headed for. We work our butts off to make a living, get a mortgage on a home and send the kids to school. We look to retire by age 60 or 65, hoping our retirement fund will see us through till the end — hopefully.
If you’re currently holding a regular job, using most of your paycheck to pay off the bills and other loans, I’m pretty sure you’re not at all comfortable about your future. You’re not too sure you can see it through if an emergency arises or if the family decides to take a long-deserved vacation. Any unforeseen expense will surely dent your budget, and the fact is 97 percent of all the people in the world are living with this dilemma. Yes, 97% of the world’s population sweat it out daily to survive and exist. The remaining 3% control much of the money that circulates in the economy. And they’re the ones who are comfortable about their future, even if they spend very little time managing their businesses.
Isn’t that a bit unfair, you sweating it out in a legitimate job just to survive while the fat cats travel the world, play golf or go sailing and spend so little time at work? Well these guys just know how to play the game well. They probably worked their butts off in the beginning like you did, but somewhere along the way they learned that creating wealth does not require you to break your back and a few limbs. They simply discovered that to attain financial freedom, they would have to invest something in themselves so they can achieve their financial goals. So if you think you can get rich with a free lunch, then you’re definitely wrong.
The truth is, a lot of those rich guys out there have debts to pay — lots of them. But they have unshakeable sources for cash to pay those debts off and still have so much left to spend on an annual cruise, a nice vacation home and all other reasonable luxuries. As a result, they are able to buy the house they want and not just one they can afford, or get the car that tickles their fancies and not just one that fits into the budget. In short, they really don’t have to worry much about the money.
Of course there are those who are lucky enough to be living off an inheritance, but a lot of the world’s rich manage their money through a process called perpetual cash leveraging. There are different possibilities in creating wealth; you can use assets to buy more assets, that is if you’re one of the lucky ones who were born into wealth. But for those who had to create wealth, the perpetual cash leveraging system is a time-proven strategy to wealth building and a lot of those wealthy people you see out there have been using this to manage their finances. What’s great about this wealth building strategy is that it is accessible to just anybody. You don’t need to have a large capital to start out – in fact, you can get into it with just the equivalent of a month’s paycheck. And you don’t need an office to do business since you can create wealth right from the comforts of your own home!
